Caring for baby green tree pythons
Neonate green tree pythons are extremely delicate animals and require very special care if they are going to survive, let alone thrive, in captivity. While it is true that green tree pythons require a fair amount more attention to detail for their entire lives as compared to corn snakes, this is much more noteably so in the first year of life and when the baby chondros weighs less than about 100 grams or so.
Probably the first thing that anyone with a baby green tree python should be aware of is the fact that they have extremely delicate spines which can be damaged very easily.
